The
IICC 2007 Secretariat has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at
the Westin Resort and surrounding hotels at the Bali International
Convention Centre (“BICC”) during the conference period. Please
complete the appropriate section on the Registration Form to
benefit from the preferential rates.
Requests for hotel reservations only include payment of a
non-refundable one-night deposit per room to secure the
accommodation. This one night deposit guarantees the first night
of the reservation and will be deducted from the bill to be
settled directly at the hotel upon checkout. In case of no show on
the first night, the hotel will automatically cancel the
reservation and the first night will be retained.
Accommodation reservations must be made with the IICC 2007
Secretariat prior to 26 May 2007. After this date, the IICC 2007
Secretariat cannot guarantee accommodation requests. It will be
booked for participants according to preference on first come
first served basis.
Please inform the IICC 2007 Secretariat your fixed arrival and
departure dates, otherwise hotel will charge you with a full
period of stay for no show or cancellation received later than
1 June 2007.

Cancellation
• All cancellations should be in written and addressed to IICC
2007 Secretariat/CENTRA Business of Events, no later than 1
June 2007.
• Any cancellations for hotel reservation that occur within 72
hours prior to arrival date or no shows will be charged a full
period of stay cancellation/no-show fee.
